Diagnose problems and complete on-site repairs for agricultural and material-handling equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, shutdown work, and equipment inspections
Install, adjust, and align components (bearings, shafts, drives, conveyors, guards, etc.)
Support troubleshooting for downtime situations and help restore operations quickly
Communicate clearly with the service team and provide straightforward updates to customers
Millwright/industrial maintenance experience (ticketed preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills in the field
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused communication
Experience in agricultural facilities (feed mills, grain handling, material handling systems)
Welding ability for field repairs
Forklift/telehandler/scissor lift tickets
Confined space / fall protection / first aid / H2S (or willingness to obtain)
Varied, hands-on field work (repairs, upgrades, installations, maintenance)
