JPR Industries was founded in Diamond City in 2019 by Jon Cote, a journeyman welder with 20+ years of industry experience.
Before starting JPR, Jon stepped away from the welding industry to help run his family business after his father passed away. When customers in the community started struggling to get reliable service and quality custom fabrication, they called Jon directly. JPR began with one welding truck, focused on doing the work right and standing behind it.
It reflects the initials Jon Patrick Ryan, and it represents what the company is still built on today: showing up, doing the work right, and building relationships that last.
First major project: Gouw Feed Mill Expansion.
Built the Shaughnessy Shop to support growth.
Launched our Bucket Elevator product line.
Grew to 40 employees and implemented EOS.
